DeadBox is a ghost hunting application designed to facilitate communication with spirits. Functionally akin to the Spirit Box and Ghost Box, users pose questions in hopes of receiving intelligent and pertinent responses. For optimal results, it is recommended to select locations known for their haunting activity, as the presence of spirits is essential for interaction. Respectful engagement is crucial; treating spirits with kindness may enhance the likelihood of receiving replies.

The application features a built-in dictionary of randomly selected words, allowing for a dynamic experience. It is posited that spirits can manipulate electronic devices, potentially allowing them to influence the app's selection of words. Should users encounter random responses, it may indicate a lack of spiritual presence at that time, or an unwillingness to engage in communication. In such cases, attempting another session at a different time or location may yield better results. Just as with traditional Spirit Box or Ghost Box methods, formulating thoughtful and engaging questions is key.

DeadBox shares similarities with devices like the Ovilus and Paratek but distinguishes itself with a more relevant vocabulary tailored for ghost hunting.
